This retreat is a guided journey through identity, embodiment, release, and discipline. Each day introduces a new version of the woman you are becoming, and teaches you how to carry her forward.

We move with intention, and we move with spirit.

🖤 Day 1: The Madama

Keeper of the Home, Guardian of the Space

We begin by opening the spiritual container and establishing identity. The Madama understands that everything begins with the space she keeps and the standard she sets.

Each woman is witnessed and seen as she steps into the space. From this moment forward, you are held in community and intention as the work begins.

This is where the transformation begins.

• Shaker instrument creation for prayer and spirit communication
• Group altar building and activation

🍽️ Welcome Dinner

We prepare a meal rooted in Madama energy, cooking with intention and care. The ancestors are served first, then we gather and feast together.

🔥 Day 2: The Mothers of the Water

Womb, Body, Sensuality, Flow

Day Two centers the body as altar. This is the day of women’s work, where you create and learn to work with tools for attraction, protection, influence, and spiritual maintenance.

Day Four is not about becoming, it is about maintaining. This is where you learn how to carry this work into your everyday life, your home, your body, and your routines.

We close the retreat together in a final act of release.

Each woman writes down what she is leaving behind, what she is no longer carrying, and what she refuses to return to. One by one, she approaches the fire and releases it.

Led by the Helping Hands, the altar is respectfully dismantled, closing the spiritual container and sealing the work.

Meals & Travel Information 🥘

The retreat will include select inclusive meals rooted in ancestral recipes, prepared with intention and care 🍲🕯️. These meals are meant to nourish the body while honoring tradition, lineage, and community.

Travel and hotel accommodations are not included and must be arranged separately by each participant. Lodging suggestions, travel guidance, and local recommendations will be shared with accepted attendees after confirmation.
